Angela Hornburg has been in the real estate industry since 2004, earning her real estate license in Florida in 2006 and then her Texas license in 2012.  Angela is passionate about helping her clients through helping them achieve their real estate goals as she continues to serve her clients in her business.

She has built a highly-regarded, top-producing team in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area since moving back to Texas in 2012.  Through her real estate career and team building experience, she discovered the power to help others build big businesses in real estate. The magnitude of the results of that lit a fire for Angela to pursue and grow, not only as a leader, but as a coach. Leading a team is not for the faint of heart and yet Angela has shown that leadership matters tremendously both in pouring into people and also in helping them achieve their financial goals.

In addition to leading the real estate team, Angela created, developed and led a successful coaching program at the #1 Keller Williams Realty brokerage for two years. She not only built out the entire program, she hired 5 additional coaches and helped to develop them as leaders within the program. The program began with 4 agents enrolled in coaching. Angela built and grew the program to over 150+ enrolled agents when she hired her replacement to focus on growing her own independent coaching business. She created a turn-key program that could be duplicated in multiple locations for years to come.​

Angela launched her own independent real estate brokerage in April of 2022. In the down markets of 2022, 2023, 2024, Angela continued to grow the brokerage and her real estate team. When the sales are abundant, growth is easy; leading and continuing business growth in a historically low sales environment is a valley and yet she is leading the charge. 

 

She has also earned the designations of Certified Master Behavioral Analyst (CMBA) and Certified Master Motivational Analyst (CMMA) under Dr. Abelson's DISC Certification Program.  What makes Dr. Abelson's studies and certifications so fascinating is that it is the ONLY DISC assessment that measures 228+ individual traits in relation to each other.  The knowledge, skills and strategies he teaches are unlike any other as he has nothing to sell based on the results.  Many DISC providers have coaching or mentorship products to sell based on the results whereas Angela is able to use depth of the tools to assess, create perfect leadership teams and teaching leaders how to lead to their strengths and hire to their opportunities.

Angela is part of The John Maxwell Team as a Certified Coach.  Having read many of his books and following him for years on podcasts, articles and speaking engagements she decided to take her learning to the next level by becoming certified through his coaching program as well. 

​

Personally, Angela is a wife to her husband, Rick, and a Mom to six wonderful children and Grandma to one grandson.  They enjoy family time, hanging out together and travelling to new adventures.  They own a lake home where they have enjoyed unwinding and relaxing together while they create memories!
