No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Once a service or digital download has been purchased, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

Each invoice issued is attached to a legally binding contract that outlines the scope of services or deliverables. By purchasing any of our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Contractual Agreement

By engaging with our services, you agree that:

• An official contract will be provided for any consulting or coaching service.

• Your invoice will form a part of that contract.

• You have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in the associated contract prior to any payment or service commencement.

intellectual property

All content provided through our services and digital products is the intellectual property of  Elite Coaching and Consulting.  You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without explicit written permission.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,  Elite Coaching & Consulting will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our services or digital products.

governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United State of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
